FOOTBALL-Themed Family Fun Day At Cappielow

GRADUATES and community coaches from Morton’s Football Fans In Training (FFIT) programme are holding their annual charity fund-raising festival on Sunday 7 May.

Now in its second year the festival, from 2 to 5pm, is a family fun day at Morton’s Cappielow ground as well as a celebration of the popular FFIT course and a way of raising funds and awareness of a different local charity organisation each year — this year it is Ardgowan Hospice.

There will be a local celebrity hosting the event and a number of special guests.

A series of mini games and an 11-a-side match will be the features of the day.

Entry is £5 for adults and £1 for children.
