INVERCLYDE active travel project The Bothy celebrates its first birthday with several events on Thursday 20 June.
There will be a bike ride from Beville Community Garden, Greenock to The Bothy’s base at Gourock railway station, from 10am to noon.
A Paths For All Big Fit Walk takes place from the Waterfront Cinema, Greenock between 5 and 6pm.
Police Scotland bring their Operation Close Pass campaign to the Waterfront car park from 5 to 7pm.
Food will be served by Fresh cafe and New Scots families in the cinema foyer between 6 and 7pm.
There will be a question and answer session from 7 to 7.45pm and then a screening of Saudia Arabian film Wadjda — about a girl who dreams of owning a bicycle — as part of World Refugee Day
