11 March, 2021 | Business, Local, Planning

A BUSINESS development is being proposed for land acquired by the property arm of businessmen Sandy and James Easdale last year.

A planning application has been submitted to Inverclyde Council seeking permission for seven small units for business, industrial or storage/distribution use at a site in Orchard Street.

Dalglen Investments acquired the former Breedon Aggregates quarry yard between Ingleston Street and Crescent Street in November.

The site is close to Easdale family commercial interests Blairs Windows and Doors and Arc Fleet Services

The proposal is pending assessment by planners.
