COACH And Chauffeur Car Hire Firm On Road To Success With New Greenock Base

A LUXURY travel operator is celebrating after agreeing on a lease to expand into premises at a Greenock industrial estate.

Temporal Travel, a family-owned company from Port Glasgow, had been searching for a base for its office and vehicles to enable the firm to continue with its current growth strategy.

The specialist firm operates a fleet of luxury coaches and chauffeur cars for corporate clients, including tour operators, conference organisers and local authorities.

Temporal Travel has signed a five-year lease for a 5,000 square foot unit at Larkfield Industrial Estate, through Gourock-based commercial property firm, Bowman Rebecchi.

The industrial estate, which is owned by Inverclyde businessmen Sandy and James Easdale’s Dalglen Property Investments, enjoys high occupancy rates, with only one unit currently available across the 70,000 square foot site.

Temporal Travel owner Thomas Temporal, said: “We are delighted as it was vital for the long-term aims of the business that we were able to secure a headquarters for our coaches and staff.

“The size of the unit is ideal for our needs and ensures we have additional space in the surrounding area to grow into over the coming months.

“We have had to adapt our business substantially as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, but we have managed this successfully, creating a broader range of clients for our coaches hence the need for more space.
