30 June, 2021 | Business, Local, Planning

KELLYBANK Caravan Park, Wemyss Bay, has brought forward detailed plans for more facilities, including a restaurant and clubroom.

Operators Penine Leisure have submitted a planning application to Inverclyde Council.

It involves converting Kelly Mains Farmhouse and building extensions to create a restaurant, clubroom and office facilities.

There would also be caravan/mobile homes sales offices and car parking.

The caravan park is also seeking permission for three phases of expansion that would add 150 caravan pitches, doubling its capacity.
