PLANNERS are being asked to approved a detached property at a Gourock housing estate.
An application has been made involving a grassed area at Dunvegan Avenue, beside the electricity sub-station, near the junction with Brodick Drive.
The two-storey house would have three bedrooms.
The proposal is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council officials.
