EXPANDING Inverclyde-based property firm Bowman Rebecchi has announced a new auction collaboration.
Bowman Rebecchi’s latest venture is a partnership with Town & Country Property Auctions, with plans in place to host a series of auctions, mixing traditional and online, each month throughout 2022.
The auctions will offer commercial and residential properties and land for sale across the UK.
Based in Gourock, Bowman Rebecchi provides specialist commercial and residential lettings and sales services across west-central Scotland.
The company has joined forces with Liam Kidd, head of partnership acquisitions at Town & Country Property Auctions Scotland. The management team have more than 40 years of experience working in the financial, real estate, and advertising industry.

Town & Country Property Auctions use a method which involves the sale being completely free for the seller, with the purchaser being responsible for paying the commission.
