A MAN was badly hurt during a disturbance in Gourock town centre this morning.
Police and ambulance units were called to a property on Kempock Street just before 8.30am (Saturday).
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 30-year-old man suffered serious injuries during the incident and has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow, for treatment.
“A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
