ARREST After Alleged Attempt To Rob ShopkeeperA 28-YEAR-old man has been arrested after allegedly trying to rob a Greenock shopkeeper.
The incident happened outside Sana’s convenience store in Lynedoch Street at 9.30pm on Saturday.
The shopkeeper suffered a hand injury during the alleged assault with intent to rob.
The suspect has been held in custody to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court.
