MAJOR Retailer The Range Opening Its New Greenock Store

HOME, leisure and garden retailer The Range opens its new store in Greenock this afternoon (Thursday)

It is in the former Homebase premises in West Shaw Street, Greenock.

The store is due to open at 2pm with coronavirus measures in place to make sure staff and customers are safe.

Opening hours will be Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm and Sunday, 9am to 6pm.

As well as selling a wide variety of products, including hardware, petcare and cleaning products, it will have a full Iceland Foods offering and an outdoor garden centre.

Owner and founder of the company, Chris Dawson, said: “It’s fantastic that we are able transform the former Homebase into another national retailer and add yet another branch to our Scottish portfolio.”
