SWIMMING Club's Quality Recognised
INVERCLYDE Amateur Swimming Club have been awarded the highly acclaimed swiMark accreditation.
swiMark is Scottish Swimming’s industry benchmark quality accreditation programme for swimming clubs. The award confirms that the club has been recognised for the good work they have been doing. To achieve swiMark Inverclyde ASC had to meet criteria relating to coaching and training, administration and management, equity in sport and effective partnerships.

The club say it is further evidence of the high quality of the coaching available in Inverclyde. The accreditation scheme recognises the important role Inverclyde ASC play in increasing participation and improving the quality of sporting opportunities within Inverclyde. It is a reflection of the effort made by coaches and volunteers on a daily basis. Parents can join the club with confidence knowing it provides the best in swim coaching for their children.
Paul Grant, president of Inverclyde ASC, said: ‘We are delighted to have achieved swiMark. Inverclyde ASC have gone from strength to strength and it is great to have the efforts of coaches and volunteers recognised by Scottish Swimming.”
