MORTON Defeated in Renfrewshire Cup Final
A STRIKER who once brought joy to Morton for a season today condemned the side to another defeat in the Renfrewshire Cup final.
Paul McGowan’s single goal gave victory to St Mirren towards the end of the match which was watched by a crowd of 3,722 at Cappielow. McGowan was on loan at Morton in season 2006/7, scoring 16 goals.
