Are you passionate about Marketing and Communications? Are you organised with excellent attention to detail? An exciting opportunity has now arisen within PG Paper for a bright and creative Marketing Manager to join our diverse and dynamic marketing team.
You’ll contribute to and develop a wide variety of duties within both the B2B and B2C industries, and you must be keen to implement and execute strategic marketing plans within this exciting and evolving role for all our business holdings.
Candidate essential requirements:
— A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
— Five years-plus experience in a marketing and/or a marketing management role and managing a diverse team
— Excellent skills in content creation and developing end-to-end marketing strategies
— Strong digital marketing skills and experience
— Experienced in creating successful email and digital campaigns
— Familiar with Google Adwords
— Experienced in working with CRM/Marketing Automation Systems
— Experience of working with Active Campaign
The main responsibilities will include:
— Developing and implementing end-to-end marketing strategy including digital and social media strategies for the company and all of its business holdings
— Designing and organising monthly/quarterly newsletters and all company comms.
— Managing our marketing automation platform
— Liaising with website designers to help develop the site content and structure
— Writing and creating original copy content
— Writing press releases and co-ordinating all company PR events
— Generating blog post ideas accompanied by strong writing and editing skills
— Preparing digital as well as print marketing campaigns
— Developing and managing online, offline and paid digital advertising channels and campaigns
— Driving performance management across the marketing team
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills:
–Excellent understanding of (and interest in) website user experience and creative content
— Aptitude for using computer programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, WordPress, Mailchimp and marketing automation software
— Ability to see things from the perspective of the target customer
— Enthusiastic, keen to learn and to take responsibility
— Excellent communicator –- written and verbal
— Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
— Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
— Comfortable working as part of a small team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial business
— Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills
