PENSIONER Badly Hurt In Gourock Crash
A PENSIONER suffered serious injuries after she was hit by a car in Gourock.
The 79-year-old woman was taken to Inverclyde Royal Hospital for treatment.
The incident happened on Ashton Road between the Victoria Road junction and McInroy’s Point just before 8am on Friday.
The main coastal route through the town was closed for several hours as police inquiries continued but re-opened around 12.15pm.
