MAN Attacked At Greenock Property

A 44-YEAR-old man was attacked at a property in Greenock.
He suffered injuries to his head and arm in the incident around 6pm on Thursday in Drumfrochar Road.
The victim was taken to Inverclyde Royal Hospital where stitches were put in his wounds.
Police are treating the incident as a serious assault and are following a positive line of inquiry.
A further disturbance shortly afterwards, in Mill Street, involving a number men fighting is thought to have been related to the attack and detectives want to hear from anyone who saw what happened.
