ARMED Forces Day Event
TWELVE hours of family fun and entertainment has been lined up for Inverclyde Navy Club’s celebration of Armed Forces Day.
It takes place on Saturday 23 June in Mearns Street from 1pm. This is the fourth year the event has been held.
Performers will include Megastars talent show entrants, Leapmoor Pipe Band, ceilidh band Reely Jiggered, Irish and Scottish dancers plus martial arts displays.
Attractions will include a barbecue, raffles, bottle, book and bric-a-brac stalls, a carousel, bouncy castle, face-painting, beat the goalie, owl magic and vintage fire engines.
