TOILETS Set On Fire At Bay

VANDALS blighted a busy hot-weather Inverclyde beauty spot.
Inverclyde Now reader Ricky Donaldson told how three fires were started at Lunderston Bay, between Gourock and Inverkip, on Friday night.
Ricky said: “It’s just such a shame that when we get good weather all the idiots come out to play.
“After three days of intensive littering beyond belief, Friday night saw three blazes around the main play area of the bay.
“Toilets were melted and now out of use. The main signpost was piled-up with old tyres and set ablaze against hedging.
“There must be something that can be done about this.”
