ARREST For Alleged Drug Supply -- A 34-YEAR-old man was expected to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court on Thursday in connection with alleged drugs supply charges in Mearns Street, Greenock.
ALLEGED Serious Assault -- A 49-YEAR-old man was arrested for an alleged serious assault in Ardgowan Street, Greenock late on Tuesday morning.
EQUIPMENT Worth £8,500 Stolen -- EQUIPMENT worth £8,500 was stolen from the shared campus construction site at Kilmacolm Road, Port Glasgow between 7.30pm on Friday and 7.30am on Monday.
Items taken were a rotating laser level, worth £6,000 and a whacker plate, worth £2,500.
They would have required transportation to remove. Anyone with information about the theft is urged to call police on 01475 492500.
ARREST For Alleged College Break-In -- A 21-year-old man was expected to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court on Tuesday in connection with an alleged house-breaking with intent to steal at James Watt College Waterfront Campus, Greenock, early on Monday morning.
ALLEGED Vandalism Of Police Station -- A 41-year-old man has been charged with for allegedly breaking two windows at Gourock Police Station.
ALLEGED Sectarian Breach Of The Peace -- A 16-YEAR-old male was expected to appear at the sheriff court on Tuesday in connection with an alleged sectarian breach of the peace early on Monday evening in Murdieston Street, Greenock.
