CRIME In Brief -- ARRESTS For Alleged Knife Possession And Thefts
A 41-year old man is expected to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court today for alleged possession of a knife and drugs – Diazepam – in Bridgend Road, Greenock early on Sunday.
On Saturday afternoon, a 27-year-old was arrested for alleged thefts from two vehicles in Westmorland Road, Greenock.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a spate of attempted housebreakings at premises in Dellingburn Street, Greenock over the weekend.
