A PET superstore is due to open in Greenock’s retail park by the end of the year.
Pets at Home are moving in to the former Au Naturale retail warehouse outlet at the Customhouse Way site selling pet supplies, food, toys and accessories.
Pets at Home also include Companion Care pet care and treatment centres in many of their shops. Inverclyde Council planning department have given permission for part of the Greenock store to be used for a treatment centre but Pets at Home say it is too early to say if they will be providing this service from the location.
A Pets at Home spokesperson added: "Greenock is a great place to bring the Pets at Home experience and we are hoping to offer our unique product range and customer service in the town by the end of the year.”
The company have more than 300 stores in the UK.
