Inverclyde Now Logo HOMES Plan For Vacant Farmhouse Gets Approval

14 October, 2020 | Local, Planning

INVERCLYDE planners have agreed that a disused farmhouse can be turned into two homes.

Officials have agreed that the building at Cornalees Farm, Dunrod Road, can be subdivided and extended to create two three-bedroom houses.

The property is beside Loch Thom, in the countryside between Greenock and Inverkip.

Permission was given earlier this year for other derelict buildings at the site to be converted into two houses.
