Sous Chef Wanted
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sous Chef or Second Chef to join the team based at The Chartroom Bar & Restaurant, Kip Marina, Inverkip.
This busy restaurant and bar serves a high standard of Scottish and British Cuisine and has been a member of Visit Scotland’s Taste Our Best accreditation scheme for the last five years.
— You will have experience at Sous Chef level or be ready to step up and take charge of the kitchen in the absence of our Head Chef.
— You should have an understanding of all aspects of a successful working kitchen including cost control, GP%, budgets, financial targets, quality standards and task delegation for brigade.
— Ensuring all health and safety, environmental, HR and company policies are complied with in all areas of the business, you will also be aware of current trends in food and dining and have experience in menu planning.
